3. Service Delivery Off-Chain
Now the off-chain work happens:
The seller begins work on the service as per the agreement (for example, starts designing the logo or scheduling the consultation).
CRE8’s platform provides tools for communication: there is an integrated chat between buyer and seller to discuss project details or exchange files (see Platform Features). Any files or intermediate deliveries might be shared through this system.
If the service involves digital deliverables, the platform may allow the seller to upload the final work through CRE8’s interface or provide it through a secure link. This could also be done off-platform via email/etc., but using CRE8’s system could allow automatic verification or attachment to the token’s metadata (in some cases, final files could be hashed and that hash stored on-chain to certify the deliverable).
The seller then marks the service as Delivered on the platform, indicating they have fulfilled their end of the contract.
