Interaction with the Platform
Seamless Transactions: Since the wallet is built-in, actions on the platform (like buying a service) become one-click or very smooth. For instance, when clicking “Buy”, the wallet module pops up a confirmation and once approved, handles the Solana transaction behind the scenes. Users who aren’t crypto-savvy don’t need to copy addresses or manually operate a separate wallet app – the integration abstracts that.
Support for External Wallets: Even though CRE8 has its own wallet, it likely also supports external wallets for those who prefer. For example, on the web app, users might connect with Phantom, Ledger, Solflare, etc., instead of using CRE8’s wallet. On mobile, they could possibly deep-link to a mobile wallet if not using the integrated one. The platform remains flexible to not alienate users who already have wallet preferences.
WalletConnect/Deep Links: If a user on mobile doesn’t want to import keys, the app might support WalletConnect (a protocol for connecting to external wallets) or a deep link to Phantom’s mobile app to sign a transaction. This would be a more advanced use-case but is commonly supported for web3 apps.
